To provide information on the tools caregivers need to manage their family member's mobility at home.

Learning Objectives

After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

  2. Identify issues related to falls and fall prevention in older adults.
  3. List strategies to care for and prevent damage to aging skin.
  4. Identify techniques to prevent or treat wounds in the home.
  5. Recognize teaching points for someone caring for a person with a stoma.
