Purpose of Activity

To provide management of long care term care facilities with information and an understanding of best practice, evidence-based guidelines that can help to identify inherent biases and foster a culturally competent work environment. This topic applies to worker-resident relations, but also interactions between workers. This course recognizes some state requirements.
